Starting services is easy.  Please call us at (910)323-3368 or come by our office located at 901 Arsenal Avenue, Suite 202, Fayetteville, NC.  We will send you a link to an online registration or you may come in to fill out a registration packet in person. We will ask for you to provide photo identification, your insurance card, and when applicable things like proof of legal guardianship, custody agreements, etc..  Your registration will assist us in determining your treatment needs and connecting you with a counselor.  Counselors are assigned based on several factors including your presenting needs, availability, the counselor's areas of expertise, the insurances they accept, and more.
